Include the app name, your device and OS version, and what you expected to happen. For privacy, backup, or account-deletion questions, use “Privacy request” in the subject line and avoid sending full workout or health records unless they are needed.
Log My Lifts is available on the Apple App Store. A Google Play release is not available yet.
No for core training. You can plan and log workouts without signing in. Sign-in is optional for account features and authorized cloud backup.
Cloud backup is off by default and needs your explicit authorization. Account deletion removes cloud profile and backups asynchronously and does not cancel store subscriptions. See the product legal page for details.
