This website
The public website is a static brochure. We do not run advertising pixels, and we do not require an account to read these pages. Our hosting provider may collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, date and time of request) for security and reliability. We do not use these logs to identify you.
Cookies
The site does not set tracking cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated before any tracking is turned on.
Our apps
Each NexNova app describes its own data practices in a clearly linked product notice. That notice covers what the app collects, where it is stored, what we use it for, how you can control it, and how to contact us.
Log My Lifts lets you track workouts locally without signing in. Optional Apple or Google sign-in, cloud mood profile, and cloud backup you authorize are described in its product notice: Log My Lifts Terms & Privacy.
Children
Our apps and this website are not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your country).
